Job Description:

  • Professionally communicate with lenders, builders, buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the closing process.
  • Prepare closing documents, balance closing disclosures, review title searches, and cure title issues.
  • Coordinate schedules, record documents/instruments, disburse funds, and prepare title policies for attorney review.
  • Assist with drafting documents related to real estate, as well as, estate planning, probate, and trusts.
  • Other tasks as requested by the attorney.

Position Requirements:

  • Paralegal experience required;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, case management software, court e-filing portals, and e-recording;
  • Ability to manage time independently, multitask effectively, prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude; and
  • Excited about the ability to work as a team.
