Trip Maygarden

Trip Maygarden is a member of the real estate practice group based in the firm’s Pensacola office. His primary focus is real estate law, including the acquisition, sale, leasing, financing, and development of real property. His secondary areas of emphasis include real estate litigation, community association law, probate, and estate administration.

Trip received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama and subsequently received his law degree from Cumberland School of Law. After graduating from law school, Trip returned to his hometown of Pensacola and joined the law firm of Shell, Fleming, Davis & Menge, P.A. where he worked from 2008 until the end of 2019. Trip was subsequently a partner in the law firm of Carver, Darden, Koretzky, Tessier, Finn, Blossman & Areaux, LLC, before joining Moorhead Law Group in September 2021.

As a native of Pensacola, Trip is proud to serve the legal needs of the community in which he was raised. He and his wife, Adrienne, live in Gulf Breeze and are the proud parents to one child. In his limited free time, Trip serves on several charitable and civic organizations and enjoys Alabama football.
